Shipping policy

 

 

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

There may be times where our stock has been sold out internally within clinic and our website shop may not reflect this at time of online purchase. In this case we will place an express order (Monday - Friday only) Our skincare brands may not have certain stock available at time of us ordering in which case we will give you an option of choosing another available product or issue you a full refund.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pre-Sale Information

All pre-sale orders are packed within 48hrs after processing has occurred.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local Pick up from our business is available.

Delivery Estimates

Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical street address when you place your order to speed up your processing time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bodyfaceco.com.au with your name and order number.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at
