Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bodyfaceco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Gift Vouchers - All gift vouchers purchases are non-refundable for any reason. However, they may be gifted to another person to use. All gift vouchers have a maximum 3-year validity, due to this long length of time unfortunately no extensions will be granted. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Gift Voucher to be aware of the voucher expiry date and book in accordingly. No refunds are given for lost or stolen vouchers.
Cancellation No Show Policy -
We require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment with Body & Face Co If you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason, providing less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit your 50% booking fee (except exemptions based on individual’s circumstances).

If you are a ‘No Show’ to your appointment you will forfeit 50% booking fee and be charged remainder 50% of service cost. Clients who arrive 15 min or more past the scheduled appointment start time will be deemed to be a No Show and charged 100% of the service cost. If you have a pre-paid package, one of your sessions will be deducted from your package.
‘No Shows’ will be unable to rebook until balance owing is paid.
Late arrivals of up to 15 minutes will have the time deducted from appointment to ensure we are not running behind schedule for following client. Very late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will have their appointment cancelled and charged remainder 50% of the service cost
If we do not receive a reply to the appointment reminder that is sent out, we will assume you are coming to your appointment. We do not follow up to see if you are coming. We require a call to let us know if you are not going to make it.
If you do not show for your appointment on the day and do not call us to let us know you are not coming you will be charged 100% of the service cost to your credit card on file. By making a booking with us you are agreeing to our terms & policies. Any outstanding amounts owing will need to be settled prior to being able to rebook with Body & Face Co. Management reserves the right to deny or restrict future bookings.
Consultations - are complimentary however 24h notice is required to change or cancel your appointment - failure to do so will incur a $50 fee that must be paid prior to any further bookings being accepted.
